Yes we do and it’s Free! Bulk Solution Robocall Mitigation solution combines behavioral analytics, caller authentication and verification to help accurately identify robocalls, caller ID spoofers and call scammers.

Key Features:
-Advanced Fraud Detection: Behavior analysis and tracking of abnormal and unexpected calling patterns to detect high volume robocalling, spoofing and suspicious call activity
-Subscriber Notification: Override Caller Name character display to warn subscribers of suspicious calls across 800+ operators (landline, cable, mobile & VoIP)
-Call Blocking Support: Identification of invalid, unallocated and unassigned numbers as per FCC Report & Order to accurately identify which calls to block
-Flexible Policy Engine: Allow customers to define their own Caller Name override policy based on their company’s regulatory rules and requirements
Description:
-Catagory:Every CNAM DIP will also be checked with our Robocall Mitigation algorithm. If a number is suspicions it will fall in to one of these three catagories Robocall, Spam, Fraud.
-User Display: If a call is catagorized as Robocall, Spam or Fraud the wording in the User Display field is shown
Robocall Example: If 3105551001 has a callerID name of “John Doe” your customer would see “Robo? John Doe”
Spam Example: If 3105552001 has a callerID name of “Jane Doe” your customer would see “Spam? Jane Doe”
Spam Example: If 3105552001 has a callerID name of “Jane Doe” your customer would see “Spam? Jane Doe”
-Position: The location you would like to place the User Display output
Prepend: “Robo? John Doe”
Append: “John Doe “Robo? “
Override: “Robo? “
Important:
-CNAM Limit: As we know, CNAM records could only contain 15 characters including spaces. If you exceed the limit characters will be stripped off. In the below example we will have a User Display of “Fraud Call? ” (12 characters) and the CNAM of “John Doe” (8 characters). The combination of these entries is 20 characters. Due to this limit, a portion of the CNAM will be cut off.
Over the limit prepend: “Fraud Call? Joh”
Over the limit append: “Joh Fraud Call?”
Observation: As we have observed with the examples above, John Doe was reduced to Joh as the 15 character limit was reached.

For testing we prefer users to dial 922. However, when 911 needs to be tested we recommend the following action to be taken.

How to Test:
For testing your E911 number, we strongly recommend calling our E911 DB Verification service by calling [email protected] which will verify your Caller ID number and the adddress that would be used in case of a real emergency call

In the rare case that you wish to speak to a live emergency operator to verify the information that the operator receives, please use the script below. Please note that some localities require you to schedule E911 test calls in advance and will charge penalties otherwise. You should check with your local authorities before placing any unscheduled E911 test calls. Do not call during the busy hour of lunch or between 4:00-6:00pm. Try to call during off hours such at 6:00am.

Testing Script:
–Hello, this is a non-emergency call, I’m making a Voice-Over-IP test call. Do you have a moment to verify my emergency information or can we schedule a later time to do so?

–Did you receive ANI information? What number do you show? (confirm that this matches the caller-ID/DID number that you expected to send)

–Were you able to retrieve ALI information? Can you verify the address that is displayed? (confirm that this matches your intended emergency address)

–Do you show my Call Back Number? (confirm that this matches the caller-ID/DID number that you expected to send)

–Does the information on your display appear in the proper fields? (the operator should answer yes, which confirms that none of the information fields appeared ordered incorrectly, e.g. the street number in the city field)

–Thank you for your time, we may be placing a couple more test calls today.
